This is the season during which we observe the longest night of the year and the return of the light, the sun. Our energies are more inclined to go inward during this time of the year. We will go within ourselves and release unhealthy habits, stagnant energies, and old baggage that are no longer beneficial to us.

This meditation is a wonderful time to reconnect with yourselves and find that quiet inner voice within you. You will bring to light your dreams, your purpose, and anything else your heart desires.

We will run earth and cosmic energy throughout our bodies to allow us to receive more harmoniously and give gratitude for the blessings that are manifesting in our lives.
